Beach Weather

The weekend was beach weather and since we haven't been getting much of that, we had to make full use of the sun when its out! As usual, Zipcar saves the day. With a Mini Cooper this time - and a bright Big-Bird-yellow one at that. I didn't take pics, altho I should have, cos it was such a chirpy-looking car, that it would make anyone smile. We drove 2 hours down south to the famous Cape Cod, where every other self-respecting and well-to-do New Englander has a summer holiday home, if not 2. You immediately get a different vibe when you travel to the Cape. Its kinda more chill, more laid back in a older, stuffier kinda way.. So anyways here are some pics of Nauset Beach at the Cape - miles and miles of beautiful white sandy beach with clear blue skies and an ocean with a horizon that go on forever. We even spotted a few seals bobbling in and out of the water. Now how cute is that.
