After a blizzardy afternoon, a weekend of agonising, countless negotiation tutorials with Shaz and "a HGTV-worthy episode of strategising and ball busting later", I'm proud to say *drum roll please* we'd be etching our mark in the uber hip 'hood of Nolita.

Under one month and literally only 10 days after the apartment hunt started.

Location is fabutastic, within spitting distance to Soho, Broadway, LES and Chinatown. Great vibe in the 'hood (Moby, anyone?), laundry in the building and a live-in super, what more could we ask?

PS: Now I only hope the apartment lives up to the hubs' expectations! Fingers crosssss.
