There is something about the combination of alternating horizontal bands of white and blue that gets every seasoned styler into a frenzy at the turn of the weather. The heady combination of spring in the air, the anticipation of summer, the warmth of sand between your toes, the chilly water on your skin, margarita in hand and bikinis. Everybody say aahhhhh..
