More dips. More push-ups.

My current obsession is arms. Yup. The arms. Or rather, my arms. Those responsible for this obsession, in no particular order, are Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Jennifer Garner, Giuliana Rancic and Michelle Obama. There's nothing quite as alluring as a pair of toned, strong arms. It is no secret girls check out other girls and more often than not, I find myself checking out those arms more than any other part of the female body. Nothing beats the look of a pair of well-sculpted, defined arms in a cute dress or top. Another reason to love Summer, ha! And of course, a compliment from your gym instructor "Hey you look so much stronger now!" always helps to keep you going. Here's to more dips and push-ups!
