Was anyone out yesterday? If you were as brave (or as stupid) as me, you'll know how horrendously treacherous the rain was. Combined with strong, gusty winds. It was INSANE. It was very, very, very bad. Imagine being in a car wash. Except of course, you are not in the car. You are standing there. Sans car. x 1000.
Snow is fun. Snow with wind is ok. Snow with wind & limited visibility is still manageable. But heavy, relentless, non-stop horizontal rain gobs combined with winds of up to 60mph is NOT GOOD. At all.
For once, the media's hyperbolic reporting made us sit up and listen.
This post is dedicated to the number of umbrellas who lost their lives in the storm yesterday. The many who wallowed away in trash cans on every street corner, and even more who were so carelessly strewed on the sidewalks and streets, as if their lives didn't matter. Torn. Ripped. Stuck on fences. Bent. Turned inside out. It was a sight.

Did you take these? If so, nice shots!
