Like clockwork, the days are starting to get slightly shorter. Darkness sets in at around 730ish when it was about 9pm just a couple of weeks ago. It's hard not to notice and feel "dang, where did the summer go?" WORK, that's what. Geez. Our first summer in NY has been tragically consumed by long, hard days in the office, like hamsters on their treadmill.
On the flip side, the weather is getting cooler, which is a good respite from the insufferable heat and humidity we've experienced for a while now.
Hopefully next summer will be better. For now, we are gearing up for our Fall guests!
PS: Baby Wren was born at 2022hours last night. She is too cute and is the closest thing I feel without actually having a baby myself. Pics to follow xo
