Find the kitty cat

I've heard of a group of men surrounding a duck while taking a walk on the streets in NY. I've also seen the occasional crazies and bizarre fashion sense and naked men and women with boobs and balls hanging fighting for their cause.

But I haven't seen this. A quick surf online reveals he's been around for a while.
