Ten years on

I remember crouching over in the darkness unable to take my eyes off the TV as the first plane crashed into the WTC, and then a minute later, the second. Then, I was a student living in Sydney.

Fast forward ten years on. It is pretty surreal now living in the city where it all happened. It makes the threat of terrorism seem much more real.

My heart goes out to the families and friends of those who've lost their lives to this tragedy. Never forget this day.
