Bring your shovel

It snowed again last night. Some 14 inches. On the I-95 from Philly to Boston. And possibly more tonight as the streets are starting to coat with a light dusting. Just when we thought Spring was near, Mother Nature cheated again and brought yet another dumping of snow on us. Its pretty nasty to be out at this point. -14 deg real feel ain't funny what with snow in your eyes, a drippy nose, frozen toes+fingers and feeling your breath on your face as you breathe into your scarf. Not to mention having to navigate just about every sidewalk and pavement as you make your way from point A to B. Speaking of which, it took at least 1 minute to get on the bus this afternoon. Armed with bags of groceries, two old ladies before me couldn't decide the best way to hop on without breaking a bone or losing their bags. It was almost impossible to see where the curb ends and the snow begins because all it is really, is a huge snow mount between the bus door and the bus stop. Hmmmm. If drivers shovel snow from their cars and tires, should we shovel the curb and bus stop?
